Well, the top of the baby quilt is done. Piano key borders do make for a bright quilt. They look like a lot of work but are not. These fits perfectly after I adjusted the outer measurements by adding the right size small yellow border. Now on to creating a pieced back then quilting. The puzzle was not too hard to put altogether. I had a bit of trimming on the long sides due to the varying nature of the sashing sizes but it was only a little. Sometimes fabrics are interesting as they are and sometimes cutting up the pictures provides even great interest. Now I will be more mindful of what can be done when I see a piece of fabric which has appealing 'pictures' woven/printed in it.
